DEPOSITS
Charters totaling less than $100.00 must be pre-paid in full.
A $100.00 deposit is required for charters totaling $100.00 to $400.00.
A $200.00 deposit is required for charters totaling more than $400.00.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Customers canceling a charter 10 or more days prior to charter date will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made 1-9 days prior to charter date will result in forfeiture of the collected deposit.
No shows and cancellations made less than 24 hrs. in advance of service will result in the customer being charged for the full amount of the charter.

PRE-PAID RESERVATIONS
Customers electing to pre-pay reservations are liable only for the appropriate deposit listed above with the exception of no shows and cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance of service.

PAYMENT OF BALANCE DUE
Final payment may be made at our office prior to your charter date or to the Chauffeur at the time of your charter. ONLY pre-approved business accounts will be billed for the service. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, cash and personal checks will be accepted as payment. No out-of-state checks will be accepted. A $25.00 service charge will be assessed on any returned checks.

 DROP-OFF TIMES & OVERTIME
Vehicle availability is guaranteed only until the prearranged drop-off time at the prearranged drop-off address. Customers are charged for the original portal to portal block of time reserved regardless of the vehicle being discharged from service before the prearranged drop-off time. Overtime, when available, will be offered at the hourly rate of the vehicle in service + 18% chauffeur gratuity.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
In the event that a charter must be cancelled by Londonderry Limousine, Ltd. due to poor weather conditions, pre-paid reservations and deposits will be refunded in full.

HOLIDAYS
No service Christmas Day or after 12:00 noon Christmas Eve.
Service is offered on the following holidays at an additional charge of $50.00.: New Year’s Day, Mother’s Day Father’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving Day.

EARLY PICK-UP
There will be an additional charge of $25.00 for pick-ups occurring between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM, or for pick-ups which require a departure from our equipment point prior to 4:00 AM.

DECORATIONS
Decorations are prohibited. “Just Married” signs are available for your wedding at a charge of $5.00.

CHILD SAFETY SEATS
Children under age 4 MUST be transported in an approved child safety seat in the rear of the vehicle.

SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN ALL VEHICLES.

CHILD SAFETY SEATS
Any child under four years of age must be fastened securely in a child passenger restraint system. Any child 4 years of age or older but under 8 years of age shall be fastened safely in an appropriately fitting child booster seat. Our chauffeurs are not permitted to install the safety seats as they must be installed by a parent or legal guardian.
