Rental Terms & Conditions
SMOKING/VAPING IS PROHIBITED IN ALL VEHICLES.
THE CLIENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL PASSENGER CAUSED DAMAGES.
Any damage to the vehicles may result in immediate termination of the charter. The full balance will remain due & all damages will be paid in full by the client. The credit card on file will be charged immediately. THE CLIENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL PASSENGER CAUSED DAMAGES
Passenger caused damages are as such but not limited to:
Vomit/Bodily Fluids ($300 Min. Charge)
Hourly Charges & Balance Due
Hourly charters are billed from our equipment portal to the same return portal (655 W, Cherry St 17078) with a 3 hour minimum. All charters will be reviewed by management and charged out accordingly based on the actual rental time at the conclusion of service at the equipment portal. Final payment must be made through our office prior to the charter date. Chauffeurs do not accept payment unless prior arrangements are made with management. Only per-approved business accounts will be invoiced for service. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and cash are accepted. If paying by check all checks must clear your financial institution prior to charter date. No out of state checks will be accepted. $25 service fee for all returned checks.
Cancellations & Refunds
Customers cancelling a charter 10 or days prior to the charter date will receive a 50% refund of their deposited amount. Cancellations made 1-9 days prior to the charter date will result in forfeiture of the collected deposit. No shows and cancellations made less than 24 hrs. in advance of service will result in the customer being charge the full amount of the charter. The credit card on file will be the method of payment.
Early Pick Up & Holidays
Early pick up hours are 12 AM - 5AM. Initial pick ups that require a garage departure or pick up between 12 AM and 4 AM will be charged a $100 fee. All other pick ups during the early pick up hours will be charged $50. Overnight and through the night charters are subject to additional fees. Holiday fees are $50 for the following holidays New Year's Day, New Year's Eve, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve.
Airport Charter Terms & Additional Fees
Additional pick up and drop off locations will be subject to an additional fee(s) based on the location(s).
WAIT TIME – Airport Drop Offs have a 15 minute grace period from the reserved pick up time. Airport Pick Ups (Domestic flights) have a 30 minute grace period. Airport Pick Ups (International flights) have a 45 minute grace period. Pick Up grace period is based on the flight arrival time when the chauffeur departs 655 W. Cherry St Palmyra, PA 17078. All wait time is billed in the .5 hour increments based on the hourly rate of the vehicle reserved + 20% chauffeur gratuity.
TRAIN STATION TRANSFERS WILL ASSUME DOMESTIC AIRPORT TERMS.
In the event that a charter must be cancelled by Londonderry Limousine, Ltd. due to poor weather conditions, pre-paid reservations and deposits will be refunded in full.
Child Safety Seats
Children under age 4 MUST be fastened securely and transported in an approved child safety seat in the rear of the vehicle. Any child 4 years of age or older but under 8 years of age shall be fastened safely in an appropriately fitting child booster seat. Our chauffeurs are not permitted to install the safety seats as they must be installed by a parent or legal guardian
Decorations are prohibited without managements approval. Any damage from decorations is the clients financial responsibility.
STC (Standard Transportation Charges) will be added to all trips.
Tolls & Parking
When appropriate tolls and parking will be added to the final charges prior to payment. Please note some airports and locations have access fees that will be considered as tolls. Passengers/clients are not permitted to use their private EZ-Pass or toll payment accounts.
